About Dr. Mark Griffin

I began working in child and family services agencies while still an undergraduate student. I was privileged to work and eventually to serve in leadership at several excellent and innovative agencies. My greatest satisfaction came from the efforts we made to grow our capacity and improve the quality of the programs and services we provided. I was blessed by working alongside talented professionals who shared this commitment, many of whom rose to key leadership positions in human services.  I have also served on the board of several agencies and organizations. Today’s children and families face many complex challenges and can benefit from quality services that support and encourage them. The staff, volunteers and boards of organizations that provide those services also deserve and benefit from the support and training they receive. I welcome opportunities to engage with leaders and staff to strengthen and support organizations through consultation and training.
